Online orders are typically processed within one (3) business day - Mon-Fri not including holidays. The order is then usually shipped the following business day via USPS, United States Postal Service, Priority Mail (2-3 business days).

No returns will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). Please contact us before returning any items to recieve a RMA.
All non-warrantable returns will be subjected to a 15% re-stocking fee. Refund will be given upon receipt of the returned item only if received in original, resalable condition. It is the purchasers responsibility to purchase return shipping. We strongly suggest using a shipping carrier that provides tracking information, (such as USPS Priority or UPS), and signature verification.
