Billet Aluminum Ford 6.0/6.4 Oil Filter Cap

Made from solid US manufactured 6061 aluminum round stock and machined to Ford original factory specifications. In fact, we improved upon Fords original design and have tightened up the machine tolerances making for a cap that is far superior to the OEM plastic cap in every way. We have added a 1/8 npt tap to the top of the cap for customers who wish to add an oil pressure gauge or to utilize for the high pressure tap in running a bypass filtration system. Beware of others selling similar caps that have not done the significant research and development required to maintain proper fitment and function of the oil filter. The Motorcraft and Racor oil filters required by the Ford 6.0 and 6.4 liter diesel engines actually fit our caps BETTER than the OEM plastic caps. Our caps do NOT smash the oil filter in the housing nor does it allow the filter to float causing unfiltered oil to return to the engine. Each cap ships with a new o-ring seal.

Designed for the GM Duramax, The Oil Filter Sandwich adapter is an anodized billet aluminum adapter that screws on to the exsisting full flow oil filter nipple located on the engine block. The full flow filter is then simply spun on to the adapter. Our Sandwich adapter has a 1/8" npt port to provide an oil feed to our bypass oil filter mount.
